We advise people who want to start or grow a business with Turkish suppliers. Our services include business-idea advice, research of Turkish factories and machinery suppliers, comparison of offers, and help to obtain quotations.
We do not manufacture, stock or sell machinery or products ourselves, and we are not a party to any contract between you and a supplier.
2. Information and prices
Descriptions, price ranges, capacities and lead times shown on this website or given in a consultation are for guidance only. Final prices, specifications, certifications and delivery times are set by each supplier and confirmed in the supplier’s written quotation.
3. Consultation fees
Each consultation package has a fixed, published price in US dollars. The scope of each package is described on the website. We confirm the scope, date and payment details with you before any payment is taken. See our Refund Policy for cancellations and refunds.
4. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate and complete information about your project.
- Check supplier offers, contracts, certificates and payment terms yourself before you commit to a purchase.
- Decide on any investment or purchase at your own risk. Our advice supports your decision but does not replace your own due diligence or professional legal, tax or financial advice.
5. Suppliers and third parties
Suppliers are independent businesses. We take care when selecting them, but we do not guarantee their products, prices, performance or delivery, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profit or lost business arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fee you paid us for the service concerned.

9. Governing law
