This policy covers the consultation fees you pay to Suuqa Turkiga We do not sell machinery or products, so it does not cover purchases you make from suppliers.
Before we start work
If you cancel before we have started work on your consultation, we refund the full fee.
After we have started
Once work on your consultation has started, we refund the part of the fee for work not yet done. Once the consultation has been delivered to you, the fee is not refundable.
If we cannot deliver
If we are unable to deliver the consultation you paid for, we refund the full fee.
Payments to suppliers
Payments, deposits and refunds between you and a supplier are handled directly with that supplier under the supplier’s own terms. We do not receive or hold these payments.
How to ask for a refund
Send your request through the Request a Quote form, with the words “Refund request” and the name you used when booking. We reply with next steps, and approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 14 business days.
